A working range, not a single number

Air systems are designed around the pressure at the tool, not the pressure at the compressor. A machine specified with a 145 to 175 PSI working range tells you where it cuts in and where it cuts out, which is what lets you size a receiver and set a regulator sensibly. Running at the top of that band and regulating down at the point of use gives you stored energy for the moments when several tools open at once, without asking the pump to chase demand. Discharge is through a 1-inch ball valve outlet — a full-bore port that will not throttle the machine before your piping does, and a genuine convenience when the system has to be isolated for a repair.

A factory-installed industrial-duty magnetic starter provides thermal overload protection on the motor, which a bare pressure switch cannot do and which matters on three-phase power where a lost leg destroys windings without warning.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is by freight carrier within the lower 48 states, and the shipping cost is calculated live at checkout for your address rather than fixed in advance. Before you order, settle two things. The first is unloading: nothing about this crate can be lifted by hand, so you need a forklift or a loading dock at the destination, or you can choose to pick the shipment up from the freight terminal yourself.
