The MAHLE FluidPRO VCX-1 is a high-performance coolant exchange system designed to simplify and accelerate the process of flushing and refilling vehicle cooling systems. It features two transparent 20-quart cylinders—one for waste fluid and one for new coolant—allowing technicians to easily monitor the fluid exchange process and ensure thorough removal of old coolant.
Powered by shop air, the system uses Venturi vacuum technology to generate strong suction up to 28 inches of mercury, enabling rapid extraction of used coolant and efficient refilling with fresh fluid. Typical service cycles take between five and fifteen minutes depending on the vehicle’s cooling system capacity.
Operation is made intuitive by a color-coded valve system that lets technicians select vacuum, fill, or bypass modes with ease, reducing the risk of errors. The VCX-1’s durable construction includes fiberglass composite coolant cylinders and a rugged chassis mounted on cushioned, non-inflatable wheels for smooth mobility. Safety features such as a no-leak end cap design and pressure relief valve minimize coolant loss during service.
