At Mechanic Superstore, our commitment is to provide you with the best customer service possible. For this reason, we offer you all kinds of delivery options so that you can choose the one that suits you best.
I Have The Equipment To Unload My Order
- Do you have a forklift, a high-capacity hoist, or a tractor in your facility? In that case, this option may be the one for you.Aspects to keep in mind when choosing this option.
- The most popular 2-post lifts (with 9,000 lb and 10,000 lb capacity) have a shipping weight of approximately 1,400 lbs and 1,900 lbs, respectively. On the other hand, a 15,000 lb capacity 2-post lift has a 2,700 lb shipping weight.
- Given the packaged lift and hydraulic power unit’s weight, they cannot be unloaded from the trailer by hand. Simply put, IT IS MANDATORY TO USE A SUITABLE FORKLIFT OR HOIST FOR UNLOADING THE LIFT.
- You are solely responsible for unloading your equipment from the truck. The truck driver cannot do this for you.
- Mechanic Superstore uses trustworthy freight companies to make the deliveries. It is your responsibility to be present on the scheduled date and time of the delivery.
- There will be a receiver charge of $135 if the truck driver arrives at the designated location and the customer does not have the necessary means ready to unload the lift.
- In case you do not have the necessary equipment to unload the equipment do not worry. Mechanics Superstore offers other delivery options.
Do you have a hitch trailer to transport your lift? If so, then this might be the best option.
Aspects to keep in mind when choosing this option.
1. Mechanics Superstore and our brands’ warehouses have the means to load your car lift into an appropriate trailer.
2. Given the weight and dimensions of car lifts, we cannot load lifts directly into vehicles or trucks. To safely transport your lift, you will need a hitch trailer. Will this option not work for you? Perhaps the warehouse is too far from your location? If so, keep reading.
Think of this option as a variation of the previous one. Even so, this could be an excellent alternative to picking up the lift at one of our warehouses. Instead, we can take the car lift to a warehouse closer to your location.
You will still need a hitch trailer to transport the lift for this option, but you can save on freight costs if you have an LTL Carrier close to your shop.
Neither of the above delivery options suits you? Then we have the solution.
We will dispatch your lifts directly to a local installer in your area. This way, you will not have to worry about anything since the installer would be in charge of the logistics.
Aspects to keep in mind when choosing this option.
1. You still have to pay the freight fee to the installer (or dock hold for the installer to pick up the lift)
2. We will quote th e installation fee before you pay for the lift so that you can get an idea of the total amount to pay (car lift + freight + installation).
Do you have another delivery option in mind? In that case, do not hesitate to contact us. At Mechanic Superstore, we are open to all kinds of solutions, as long as they comply with the relevant local regulations and safety standards.
Katool KT-AS110D 11,000lbs Asymmetrical 2 Post Car Lift
The Katool KT‑AS110D is a heavy-duty asymmetrical 2 post car lift designed for professional automotive shops, offering a powerful combination of capacity, stability, and convenience. With a rated lifting capacity of 11,000 lb, it is ideal for trucks, SUVs, and full-size cars, providing the strength and reliability required for demanding daily use. The asymmetric arm design improves access to doors, suspension components, and frame areas, while dual hydraulic cylinders deliver smooth and balanced lifting. A single-point lock release simplifies operation by allowing both columns to unlock from one side, streamlining workflow and saving time during service.
The KT‑AS110D has a maximum lift height of approximately 70.75 inches, providing ample undercarriage clearance for a variety of repair tasks. In its lowest position, the lift’s arm height retracts to about 3.74 inches, allowing easy drive-on for low-clearance vehicles. The overall structure stands roughly 141.25 inches tall with an overall width of about 134.65 inches. Interior clear width between columns is approximately 109.37 inches, and drive-through clearance is around 99.61 inches, making it capable of accommodating long wheelbase vehicles with ease. Outside column spacing is 120.4 inches, giving stability without occupying excessive floor space.
Safety and durability are key features of the KT‑AS110D. The 2 post car lift has been CE-certified and tested to 115 percent of its dynamic load and 150 percent of its static load capacity, ensuring solid performance under heavy stress. The arms include adjustable support adapters that extend from 3.94 to 6 inches to fit varying vehicle lift points. Rubber pad protection is incorporated to safeguard vehicle doors during positioning, while overhead safety shutoff bars prevent over-lifting. Feet protection guardrails add extra safety for technicians working around the lift. The design of the lift also incorporates accessibility for inspection and maintenance, ensuring efficiency in busy shop environments.
Power comes from a reliable hydraulic system available in a 220V single-phase 60 Hz configuration, with optional configurations available for different markets. This system integrates seamlessly into standard shop power setups. The lift’s pump and cylinder assembly ensure smooth lifting and lowering operations even under maximum load. The frame and arms are engineered to resist bending or misalignment, extending the life of the lift and ensuring consistent performance over years of heavy use. Technicians appreciate the accessibility of hydraulic lines, safety locks, and pulleys for maintenance without requiring major disassembly.
Operation is straightforward. Vehicles are positioned between the columns, lift pads aligned to manufacturer specifications, and the hydraulic motor engaged to raise the vehicle. The safety locks automatically engage at intervals during ascent, securing the load. Lowering is controlled via the single-point release mechanism, allowing both columns to descend evenly and safely. The asymmetric arm layout improves accessibility around the vehicle, giving technicians room to work without obstruction and increasing efficiency for repairs.
Installation requires a solid foundation. The KT‑AS110D must be anchored to a concrete slab with a minimum thickness of 5.9 inches and compressive strength of at least 3,000 psi to ensure stability and safety under load. This requirement protects both the lift and the operator, reducing the risk of accidents due to uneven or unstable installation.
Over time, the Katool KT‑AS110D stands out for its strength and reliability. Its construction ensures consistent performance under heavy use, with safety features that protect both vehicles and operators. Rubber protections, adjustable adapters, and a robust frame contribute to reduced wear and long-term durability. For a shop that demands a dependable, high-capacity lift, the KT‑AS110D delivers superior functionality and long-term value.
