Its external clamping range spans from 13 to 26 inches, while the internal clamping range extends from 14 to 28 inches, providing flexibility to service various vehicles. Powered by a 2.0HP (1.5KW) motor operating on 110V single-phase power, the KT-T835 delivers consistent torque and speed, with a rotation speed of 6.1 revolutions per minute. This ensures efficient tire mounting and dismounting processes, reducing turnaround times and increasing productivity.
The KT-T835 features a swing-arm design with a bead blaster, facilitating the easy removal and installation of tires without causing damage to the rims. The alloy steel jaws undergo a carburization treatment to a depth of 0.8 to 1.1 mm, followed by a quenching process, enhancing their durability and strength. Protective jaw covers are included to prevent scratches and damage to alloy rims. The mounting head is constructed from stainless steel, polished, and solution-treated, equipped with a plastic rim protector to safeguard delicate wheel finishes during operation.
The KT-B750 Wheel Balancer complements the tire changer by providing precise and efficient wheel balancing. It supports rim diameters up to 30 inches and wheel widths ranging from 3 to 12 inches. The balancer operates with a motor power of 0.25KW and achieves a balancing speed of 180 revolutions per minute. It boasts a balancing accuracy of ±1 gram, ensuring optimal tire performance and safety. The automatic measurement ruler facilitates quick and accurate input of A and D values, streamlining the balancing process.
