Description
-Katool KT-T810 & KT-B750 Tire Changer & Wheel Balancer Combo
Katool KT-T810 and KT-B750: the pairing built around a post-tank bead blaster
The feature on this station that changes an actual working day is the bead blast seater head with its post tank on the KT-T810. Instead of trying to seat a stubborn bead off the shop line and watching the pressure sag as the tyre swallows it, the machine stores air in a dedicated tank and dumps it through the head in one burst. Low-profile tyres, stiff sidewalls, tyres that have sat flat on a rim for a season — those are the ones that eat time, and they are exactly what a post tank is for.
The KT-B750 balancer is the other half of the station, and the pairing is deliberate: a wheel comes off the vehicle, gets mounted on the changer, and goes straight onto the balancer without a trip across the shop. Both machines run on 120V 1PH, so the whole corner of the building sits on ordinary single-phase power rather than needing a special drop.
What the post tank and the pedal gauge do for you
Two of the KT-T810's features work together and neither is obvious from a bullet list. The inflation gauge is pedal-controlled, which means both your hands stay on the tyre while air goes in — you are not putting a wheel down to reach for a chuck. The bead blaster then delivers its stored charge in a single event rather than a slow build. Together they turn the most frustrating five minutes of a tyre job into something you do without thinking about it.
The rim-facing parts are built for the same reason. The alloy steel jaws are carburization-treated so the surface that grips a rim is hard while the body of the jaw stays tough, and jaw covers go over them. The mounting head is stainless, polished and fitted with a plastic rim protector. A shop that does alloy wheels lives or dies on this: one scuffed rim costs more than the difference between a good changer and a cheap one.
Clamping range, and what it actually limits
The KT-T810 clamps from the outside between 12" and 22", and from the inside between 14" and 24". Maximum wheel diameter is 41"/1040mm and maximum width is 15"/380mm. Read the clamping figures first: they, not the maximum diameter, are what decides whether a given rim can be held. Big rims are usually clamped from the inside, which is why the inside range runs higher, and a wheel at the very top of a range wants care rather than confidence. The rest of the machine is a 2.0HP motor with copper windings, a closed body that keeps grit out of the mechanism, and a pull-type pedal control system.
The balancer, and one thing worth knowing about its listing
The KT-B750 has a 3mm steel body — mass and rigidity are what stop a balancer reading its own vibration instead of the wheel's — with an advanced sensor system, an automatic measurement ruler that inputs the A and D values for you, and a moisture-proof, dust-proof control board. Built-in fault diagnosis and self-calibration mean the machine can be checked without a service call, and multiple balance modes cover different rim types.
Worth saying plainly: the descriptive copy supplied for this combination hedges on the balancer, describing what "this type of balancer typically" supports. The specification table on this page is the concrete source, and it gives a rim diameter under 30", wheel diameter under 880mm, wheel weight under 65KG, a rim centre hole under 135mm and a balancing speed of 180rpm. Work from the table. If your wheels sit near any of those limits, ask us and we will confirm against the current factory sheet before you order.
Will It Fit?
- Power. Both machines are 120V 1PH. That is two ordinary single-phase circuits, not a three-phase supply.
- Air. The changer wants regulated compressed air at 0.8 to 1.0 MPa (116 to 145psi). A small hobby compressor will not hold that under a bead blast; size the compressor for the machine, not the other way round.
- Floor. The changer alone is 186KG. It wants a level, solid floor, room to swing the arm, and clear space to roll a wheel in from either side. Set the two machines so a technician can pivot between them without walking a wheel around a bench.
- Anchoring. Plan on bolting the changer down. A bead breaker puts real force through the base and a machine that shifts is a machine that damages rims.
Perfect For
- General repair shops adding tyre service, which is the classic reason a station like this is bought as a pair.
- Independent tyre shops handling passenger cars and light trucks on alloy wheels.
- Performance and wheel retailers, where low-profile tyres and expensive rims are the daily work.
- Fleet workshops that want to stop sending wheels out and paying for the round trip.

Certification, stated plainly
No certification mark or third-party listing is claimed for either machine in the data we hold, and we are not going to imply one by writing a badge into this page. For most tyre equipment purchases that never becomes an issue. It becomes one when an insurer, a local code, or a fleet or municipal contract names a specific listing the equipment has to carry. If that is your situation, ask us before you order and we will request the current documentation from the manufacturer instead of guessing here.
Shipping and delivery
This combination ships by freight truck to addresses in the lower 48 states. Freight is quoted live at checkout against the address you enter, so the figure you see is a current carrier rate rather than a stale estimate. Both machines arrive crated on a standard trailer and unloading is the receiver's job — a forklift, a machine, or a plan and some help. If none of that is available, collecting from the carrier's local terminal is usually easier, because the terminal is already equipped. Delivery to a residential address carries a residential fee, applied at checkout when you choose that option.
Inspect both crates before you sign. Look for crushed corners, punctures, shifted banding and anything bent, and write what you find on the bill of lading with the driver still there. Photograph it. Once a clean delivery receipt is signed the carrier has proof the shipment arrived intact, and a later claim is close to unwinnable.
Warranty
Katool publishes a written warranty document covering this equipment. We have not restated the terms here, because they are the manufacturer's to state and they change — ask us for the current copy before you order if the coverage matters to your decision. Whoever built the machine, one rule holds: if something fails, do not strip the mounting head, the pneumatic assembly or the balancer's sensor mount before a claim is open. A disassembled component is normally treated as a modified one, and that is the quickest way to lose coverage you would otherwise have had. Photograph the fault, note the serial number, and call first.
