The turntable and the bead breaker
Four clamps hold the wheel, working internally or externally depending on how the rim is shaped, and they are driven by dual pneumatic cylinders — two cylinders rather than one keeps the clamping force even across the table, which matters on a wheel that is not perfectly flat. The turntable itself is electrically driven and high-torque, with reverse-direction control, so a bead that starts to go wrong can be backed off instead of forced.
Bead breaking is pneumatic, through a blade designed for mechanical strength over a long service life, and a rubber bump stop catches the arm on return. That bump stop is a small part doing real work: without it, every return cycle hammers the pneumatic cylinder and the surrounding structure, and it is those thousands of small impacts, rather than any single event, that loosen a machine over the years.

Take the recommended footprint seriously. A tire changer needs room for a wheel to be swung on and off the table, not just room for the machine to stand, and the 50" x 50" x 75" figure reflects that.
