One chuck, two speeds, and why that is the whole argument
A tire changer's rotation speed is a compromise between the part of the cycle where speed is money and the part where speed is damage. The PRO324 refuses the compromise: chuck rotation is quoted as 7 RPM in standard mode and 6.5-13 RPM in two-velocity mode. In practice that means you can run the routine portion of a mount or demount at the quick setting and drop to the slow one for the quarter-turn where the bead is crossing the rim flange — the moment that actually decides whether a rim gets marked or a bead gets damaged. A single-speed machine forces you to pick which of those two jobs it is good at.
Around that chuck is a fully automatic tilt-back column built for passenger cars, light transport vehicles and motorcycles, with a bead breaker blade rated at 15000 N.
The tilt-back column
The column tilts back away from the wheel rather than staying upright over it. Two things follow. The obvious one is access: with the column out of the way, the technician can get to the wheel and the tool from a natural working position instead of reaching around a post. The less obvious one is damage prevention — a column that moves clear reduces the chance of the tool head contacting the rim or the tire while the assembly is being positioned, which is where marks tend to appear on machines that are otherwise gentle.
Ergonomically it also matters over a full day. Tire work is repetitive, and the difference between a good and a bad posture on each cycle compounds into fatigue by the afternoon. Fatigue is what produces the mistake on wheel number sixty.
The bead breaker

That opening figure is worth reading carefully, because it is what determines whether a wide assembly will actually accept the blade — a bead breaker that cannot open far enough is a bead breaker you cannot use, regardless of the force behind it. The force number matters most on the tires that resist: reinforced sidewalls, run-flats, and anything that has been on the rim through several winters and effectively bonded itself to the seat.
Noise level running is quoted at less than 70 dB. That is not a vanity specification in a small shop, where a machine that makes conversation impossible changes how the whole bay works.

Confirm two things against your own building before ordering, both of which are the customer's responsibility: that your compressor genuinely delivers within that pressure band at the machine's inlet under load, and that you have a dedicated single-phase circuit within reach of where the machine will stand.
