Shipping and delivery
Shipping is to the lower 48 states, calculated live at checkout. The unit is small and travels as a parcel. Check the box over at handover and write anything that looks wrong onto the delivery paperwork before you sign, since a clean signature is difficult to argue with afterwards. Keep the packaging until the tool has been powered up, connected and updated at least once.
Warranty
Warranty is administered through the process on our warranty claims page. Do not open the case. On a tool that spends its life connected to vehicle electronics there is a strong temptation to check a suspect connector internally, and a unit that has been opened will ordinarily fall outside its coverage whatever the underlying fault.
