iDEAL IWA-60-8500-HD-K multi-axle 3D truck aligner
No vehicle lift required. That single line is the whole proposition of this system: it is a floor alignment machine, so a tractor unit with a trailer behind it can be aligned where it is standing, on the same concrete everything else in the yard drives over. No heavy-duty alignment rack, no pit, no bay rebuild — which for most heavy-truck operations is a larger capital item than the aligner itself.
The second thing it does that a car aligner cannot: it measures up to four axles at once, on vehicles with a wheelbase of up to 50 feet.
Four axles in one measurement, not four measurements
Heavy vehicles are aligned axle-relative. A tandem drive that is not square to the steer axle drags the whole unit sideways, and the tyre bill for that shows up long before the driver complains. High-resolution, extended-range 3D tower cameras take up to four axles in a single reading, so the relationship between axles is measured rather than inferred from four separate jobs. Dual towers give a maximum view range of up to 50 feet, and the system will handle vehicles up to 13 feet wide.
Accuracy is quoted at 0.01 degrees. On a long chassis, small angular errors turn into large lateral ones over the length of the vehicle, which is exactly why the resolution figure on a truck aligner matters more than it does on a car.
It runs on an ordinary wall outlet
Power is 120V, 15 Amp, 1PH, 60HZ. For a heavy-duty alignment system that is genuinely unusual and it is worth stating plainly: no three-phase service, no dedicated high-current circuit, no electrical contractor before you can switch it on. Combined with the floor-based design, it means the practical barrier to adding truck alignment to an existing shop is space rather than infrastructure.
Set it up for the bay you have
The mobile cabinet can be placed to the side or centred at the front, which supports either a drive-thru or a dead-end bay configuration — and drive-over cable plates are included for the drive-thru case, so cabling across the working area is not a trip hazard or something a truck tyre destroys. A dynamic LED tower guide changes shape to direct the technician, and wireless remote control covers the times the job is at the far end of a 50-foot vehicle and the keyboard is not.
The software is Techno Vector 7 running on Windows, with an integrated quick-reference vehicle database for commercial vehicles, live reading screens for front and rear axle readings, illustration diagrams, an integrated help system and a customer database. It recalls and prints current and past information for customised reports — which is what turns an alignment into something you can hand a fleet customer and charge for.

Certification, read carefully
The specification sheet records a CE marking. That is a manufacturer's declaration of conformity against European directives — a self-declaration, not a certificate issued by an independent laboratory that tested the machine. It is a legitimate marking and it is what the sheet says, but it is not the same document as a North American third-party listing, and it is not a substitute for one.
Where that matters: some insurers, some corporate fleet standards and some local jurisdictions require shop equipment to hold a listing from an independent testing body. If any of those apply to you, verify the requirement and ask us in writing what documentation exists for this exact model before you buy, rather than reading a marking as an answer to a question it was not written for.
Warranty and support
The manufacturer's limited warranty is 1 year limited parts and labour. Technical video and phone support for initial set-up and operational instructions is provided, and software updates are available on an annual basis — with optional yearly vehicle specification updates, which on a commercial-vehicle database is the difference between a machine that stays current and one that slowly stops covering new chassis.
Our claims process is on the warranty claims page. If a tower, camera or cabinet component fails, raise the claim before anyone opens it — an optical measuring instrument that has been dismantled is difficult to warrant and, on a camera-based system, easy to knock out of calibration in the process.

Freight to the lower 48, quoted live at checkout against your own address rather than printed here, because carrier rates move. Warehouse collection from our Valor, Tuxedo and iDeal locations is available as an alternative.
The system ships as 3 pieces totalling 1,285 lbs, so you need to be able to unload at your address or take pickup at the freight terminal instead. Check all three pieces against the delivery paperwork before you sign, and record any damage on the receipt at the time — on an instrument this sensitive, crate damage is worth photographing as well as noting.
