Atlas TTC301 + WBT-210: the hand-positioned truck changer, and why its smallest number is the interesting one
This package is the entry point into commercial truck tire work: the Atlas TTC301 changer, whose tool arm and tool head are positioned by hand rather than under power, paired with the Atlas WBT-210 computer spin balancer. The manual positioning is the whole reason it costs what it costs, and for a shop doing a handful of truck wheels a week rather than forty a day it is the right trade.
The specification worth noticing, though, is at the other end of the range. With its alloy adapters fitted the TTC301 clamps down to 6 3/8" — a smaller minimum than the automated machines further up the same family reach. So the "standard" changer in the line actually covers more of the small-rim end than its more expensive siblings, while still taking a 63" truck tire. If your work runs from light truck wheels up to over-the-road assemblies rather than sitting at the top of the range, that matters more than automation does.
Will It Fit?
Nothing here bolts to a ceiling. Fitment is about the panel, the air line, the floor and how you get two crates off a truck.

Changer power. Two motors on 220v single phase — a 2 HP hydraulic motor and a 3 HP chuck motor — each specified at plus or minus 5% (209-231 volts) with a 30 amp breaker. That is a dedicated circuit; do not plan to share it.

Balancer power. The WBT-210 is a 110volt machine and needs no 220v supply of its own.

Air. The balancer's pneumatic wheel lift requires shop air, and the air supply is not included. Without it you are lifting a wheel assembly onto the shaft by hand, which is the fastest way to turn a good machine into an unpopular one.

Floor. The changer is a single-piece frame with a solid floor plate. No concrete thickness or PSI figure is published for it, so we do not state one — if your slab is questionable, ask your installer before delivery.

Noise. Acoustic pressure is rated at 70dBA.

Unloading. Two crates: 1,390 lbs for the changer and 290 lbs for the balancer. Only one of those is a two-person job.
Confirming the circuit, the breaker, the air drop and the unloading equipment is the buyer's responsibility. Ask us in advance — we would much rather answer it than have you looking at a crate you cannot move.
What you give up with manual positioning, and what you do not
On the TTC301 the operator sets the tool arm and the tool head by hand and then works the machine from a wired mobile control unit. What you lose is speed and, over a long day, operator fatigue: the automated machines in this family move the bead tool, the carriage and the chuck arm under power, and on volume work that adds up.
What you do not lose is the part that does the work. The TTC301 uses the same style of electric/hydraulic self-centering four jaw chuck with 5 rim locking positions, developing 6,614 lbs of clamping power, with a bead breaker producing 4,112 lbs of force from a hydraulic system running between 0 and 1,885 psi. The chuck takes a wheel weighing up to 3,300 lbs. The holding and breaking capability is commercial; only the positioning is manual.
The range, top and bottom
Rim clamping runs 13" to 27" on the jaws, dropping to 6 3/8" with the alloy adapters. Tire diameter goes to 63" (5' 3"), and maximum tire width is 30.5 inches — written as 30 1/2" (2' 6 1/2") in the specification table. It handles steel, aluminium and alloy rims.
That bottom end is what people miss comparing changers on headline numbers. A shop that also takes light truck and van work needs the small clamping range far more often than the last few inches of diameter.
The balancer: one shaft, cars through tractor units
The WBT-210 is specified to cover a 14 inch steel rim at one end and a 300 lb semi-truck tire at the other, and it will spin large 32 inch custom wheels and oversized off-road tires along the way. Its 40mm heavy duty shaft is the reason: it accepts the standard mounting cones used on cars and pickups, and it also takes the large truck adapters supplied with this package for BUDD style wheels.
In use it spins at 130 RPM, resolves weight position to 1.4 degrees, reads to 1 gram and finishes a cycle in roughly 7 seconds. It offers static and dynamic modes, rapid optimization, self-diagnosis and self-calibration, and a display switchable between grams and ounces and between millimetres and inches. The hood starts and stops it automatically. Rim sizes run 10" to 30" with rim widths from 1 1/2" to 20", up to a 43" tire and 165 lbs of wheel.
Read those two paragraphs against each other: the changer holds a heavier wheel than the balancer will spin. Normal at this price, and better known now than later.

Certification, honestly
No third-party safety listing is claimed for either machine in the data we hold, so this page badges none. That carries less weight on tire equipment than on a vehicle lift, because no equivalent North American third-party listing programme exists for truck tire changers. If your insurer, fleet policy or local authority wants documentation, ask us before ordering.
Shipping and delivery
Freight only, lower 48. You must be able to unload: a forklift, a dock, or a pickup at the freight terminal. Residential delivery carries a residential fee. Freight is quoted live at checkout rather than printed here, because rates move.
Inspect before you sign. Two crates arrive, at 1,390 lbs and 290 lbs, and both need looking at: corners, banding, wrap. Note any damage on the bill of lading with the driver standing there. Signing a clean BOL is a statement that everything arrived undamaged.
Warranty
Each machine carries a 1 year parts only warranty from Atlas — the part is covered, the labour to fit it is not.
One rule protects a claim more than any other: do not take the machine apart before the claim is agreed. Photograph the fault, contact us, and let the process run. A disassembled unit is usually where a warranty conversation ends.
