The detail that makes this stand worth having is in the spec table rather than the sales copy: it runs on 4" (102 mm) casters and it stows to 21" x 24" (533 mm x 610 mm). This is not a rack you bolt to a wall and walk away from. It is a mobile fixture, and that changes what it does for a shop.
Car dollies are the definition of a tool that is indispensable in use and a nuisance the rest of the time. Four of them loose in a bay slide under benches, get kicked across the floor, collect grinding dust and turn up scattered across three bays when a non-runner arrives on a truck. The RCD-1500 stand gives each one a slot, holds all four together, and then rolls — so the set arrives at the car rather than being fetched one at a time.

The load rating is the figure for the stand as a whole with its four dollies aboard — a total, not a per-slot allowance, and we are not going to divide it into a per-dolly number that Ranger has not published. The tire diameter capacity is the window your dollies must fall inside: it describes what the GoCart dollies themselves are set up to carry, and the stand is specified for RCD-1500 and RCD-1500EX models. If your dollies are a different generation or a different make, ask us before ordering rather than after; the slots are made to a particular dolly, and near enough is not the same as fits.
Assembled size, carton size, and what that tells you
Assembled, the stand measures 19" x 31" x 9" (482 mm x 787 mm x 228 mm). It ships in a carton of 33" x 6" x 4" (838 mm x 152 mm x 101 mm) at 22 lbs. (9.9 kg). Those two shapes cannot both describe a built stand, so plan for assembly on arrival — a flat-pack of steel tube and fixings, not a finished fixture lifted out of a box. It is not a long job, but it is a job, and it is better known before the truck arrives than discovered on the workshop floor.
