Katool KT-M110: an 11,000 lb lift with nothing on the bay floor
"Clear-floor" is in this lift's name and the boilerplate never explains what you are buying. It means the hydraulic and equalisation runs go overhead, across the top of the columns, instead of through a plate on the ground between them. The floor of the bay is empty. A transmission jack rolls straight under the vehicle, a creeper does not stop at a ramp, a drain pan goes where it needs to go, and nobody catches a toe on a crossover at the end of a long day.
That is the advantage, and it comes with one specific cost that this page is going to put in front of you rather than behind a spec table: the overall height. The KT-M110 stands 141.25" (3,587 mm). If your building cannot take that, the clear floor is irrelevant and you want a base-plate lift instead. Everything else about the machine — 11,000 lbs (5,000 KG) of capacity, symmetric arms, chain-synchronised carriages, a single-phase power unit — is conventional, in the way that a lift you will still be using in ten years usually is.
Will It Fit?
Five measurements decide this and every one of them is the buyer's to confirm. We cannot see your building, your slab or your panel.

Ceiling. Overall height is 141.25" (3,587 mm), and you need clearance above that for the overhead assembly and for getting it upright during installation. This is the first number to check and the one that most often ends the conversation.

Floor width. 142.25" (3,614 mm) overall, 128" (3,250 mm) across the outside of the columns and 110.25" (2,800 mm) between their inside faces. The inside figure is your working room; the outside figure is what has to fit between the walls, plus space to walk.

Drive-through. Two figures are published for this lift and they do not agree: 117.75 inches in the manufacturer's description, and 94.5" (2,400 mm) in the specification table. That is not a rounding difference, so plan against the smaller number and ask us to confirm the current factory figure if a wide vehicle is the reason you are buying.

Concrete. Minimum 5.9 inches thick at a compressive strength of at least 3,000 psi, level and unbroken under the anchor pattern — no expansion joint, no crack, no patched section. Confirming your slab is the owner's responsibility and it is the most common reason an installation stops on the day. If nobody knows what was poured, core it or ask whoever laid it before you order.

Power. The power unit runs on 220V/60HZ/1PH. Get the circuit in before the lift lands.
Symmetric arms, and the reach that actually decides the job
Capacity is almost never what stops a two-post lift picking up a vehicle. Arm reach is. On the KT-M110 the arms extend from 30.75" (780 mm) to 50.5" (1,280 mm) in two stages, front and rear, and the pads adjust to meet the manufacturer's designated lift points rather than the nearest convenient bit of underbody. The symmetric layout puts the load evenly either side of the columns, which is the arrangement that behaves best with cars and light trucks whose weight sits close to the middle of the wheelbase.
Under the arms the lift gives 67 inches of rise, and the top of the pad reaches 70.75" (1,800 mm). The minimum height is 4.25" (110 mm), which is what lets a low car drive over the arms rather than being pushed onto ramps. Read those two numbers together with your own height: the useful working clearance is the rise minus however much of the vehicle sits below the lift points.
Chain-synchronised carriages and why level matters
The two carriages are tied together so they climb together. That sounds like a detail until a pickup with a heavy engine and an empty bed goes up: an offset load on a lift whose sides drift apart puts the difference into the arms, the pads and the vehicle rather than into the structure. Keeping the carriages in step is what makes a raised vehicle feel like a solid platform instead of something that needs watching. It also does the quiet work of keeping the safety locks engaging at matched heights on both columns.

The listing does not itemise the crate beyond the lift itself: two columns with the overhead assembly, the symmetric arm set with adjustable pads, and the power unit. It does not publish an adaptor or accessory list, and we would rather say so than invent one. If you need screw pads, frame cradles or height extensions for a particular vehicle mix, ask us what is available for this model before you order rather than discovering the gap on installation day. Anchors and any slab work are not part of the crate.

Certification, stated plainly
Katool states that the KT-M110 meets CE certification standards. Read that for precisely what it is: CE is a European conformity marking that rests on the manufacturer's own declaration against European directives. It is not the same document as a North American third-party lift safety listing and it is not a substitute for one. In a private garage, and in a great many independent shops, the distinction never comes up. It does come up for some commercial insurance policies, for fleet and municipal operations, and for jurisdictions whose code names a specific listing by name. Find out what your insurer, your inspector or your employer actually requires before you order — that question is far cheaper to ask now than after the lift is anchored.
Shipping and delivery
The KT-M110 ships by freight truck to addresses in the lower 48 states. Freight is quoted live at checkout against the address you enter, so what you see is a current carrier rate rather than an estimate that has aged. It arrives crated on a standard trailer and unloading is the receiver's responsibility: you need a forklift, a machine, or a plan and some help. Where that is not realistic, taking the shipment at the carrier's local terminal is usually simpler, because the terminal already has the equipment. A residential delivery address carries a residential fee, applied at checkout when you select that option.
Inspect before you sign. Walk the crate and the columns, look for crushed corners, gouges, shifted banding and oil, and write anything you find on the bill of lading while the driver is still there. Photograph it. A clean signature is the carrier's evidence that the shipment arrived undamaged, and it is very hard to argue with later.
Warranty
Katool publishes a written warranty document covering this lift. We have not restated the terms here because they are the manufacturer's to state and they change — ask us for the current copy before you order if the coverage is part of your decision, and we will send it. One warning applies to every hydraulic lift whoever built it: if something fails, do not take the power unit, a cylinder or a lock mechanism apart before a claim is open. A disassembled component is normally treated as a modified one, and that is the fastest way to lose coverage you would otherwise have had. Photograph the fault, note the serial number, and call first.
