Description
-Atlas ACL Air Operated 1,000 lb Capacity Motorcycle Lift with Roller Plate
Most motorcycle lifts let you take the rear wheel out. This one lets you leave it in and spin it. The rear section of the ACL deck lifts out, and in its place you can fit the included roller plate - a plate with rollers that lets the back wheel turn freely while the bike is strapped down at working height. Chain adjustment and lubrication, a brake bed-in after new pads, a wheel bearing you want to feel rather than guess at, a drive belt you need to watch under load: all of it becomes a job you do standing up, at 33" of lift, with the wheel turning.
Three configurations of one deck
The rear plate gives you three states and you will use all of them. Plate in: a continuous diamond plate deck for general work and for rolling the bike on. Plate out: an open rear section for pulling the wheel straight down and out, without wrestling it past a lip. Roller plate in: the wheel turns under its own power or by hand. Changing between them is a lift-out and drop-in, not a tooling exercise, which is the difference between a feature you use daily and one you used once when the lift was new.
Air operated, hands free
The ACL raises on shop air through a heavy duty air-operated foot valve, requiring an external supply that is not included - the published requirement is 90-100 PSI. Nothing electrical is involved. The foot valve is the detail worth appreciating: a motorcycle is at its least stable in the first moments of a lift, and a pedal keeps both of your hands where they are needed instead of on a lever. Working height is 33" (2' 9") and the deck lowers to 7 1/4", so a low bike goes up the 20" removable approach ramp rather than being manhandled.
Holding the bike, and holding the lift
An adjustable padded front wheel vise is included and does the actual work of keeping a two-wheeler upright - it clamps the front wheel rather than relying on straps alone. The stabilizing bar is also included at no extra charge, and it earns its place by widening the raised platform's footprint. When a technician leans on a bike that is already four feet off the ground, footprint is the property that keeps things calm.
Will it fit your space?
The deck is 24" wide and 85 1/2" (7' 1 1/2") long; with the approach ramp fitted the overall footprint is 105 1/2" (8' 9 1/2"). Leave clear floor beyond the ramp for the run-up and room at the sides to work. If you also need to lift ATVs, UTVs, golf carts or a mower, the separately available Atlas ACL Side Extension Kit widens the deck up to 4 feet - worth deciding on before you order rather than after. There is no anchoring and no electrical work; you need air where the lift will stand, flat solid floor under it, and a plan for receiving a 500 lbs. crate. Confirming all of that is the customer's responsibility.
Perfect For
- Motorcycle service departments - the roller plate turns chain and brake work into standing work.
- Independent bike shops doing high-volume routine service.
- Home mechanics with air who maintain their own machines properly rather than occasionally.
- Anyone who may add ATVs later - the extension kit route stays open.

Certification, stated honestly
Our data for this lift carries no independent third-party safety listing, and we would rather state that than let silence do the talking. In a private garage it is rarely relevant. It becomes relevant where an insurer, a dealer network standard or a local inspection regime requires lifting equipment to carry a recognised listing. If you are working under a requirement of that kind, get it in writing from whoever imposes it and contact us before you order so we can send you the manufacturer's own documentation.
Shipping and Delivery
The ACL ships freight, lower 48 states, at 500 lbs. You will need a forklift, a dock, or terminal pickup - and Atlas warehouse collection points are listed further down this page. Delivery to a residential address can be arranged and carries a fee. Freight is priced live at checkout because carrier rates change and a number printed on this page would eventually be wrong.
Inspect on arrival with the driver present: count the pieces, look for crush damage and torn wrapping, and note anything at all on the bill of lading before you sign it. Signing clean hands the carrier the argument.
Warranty
The ACL carries a 1 Year Warranty on parts. Covered components are supplied; the labor to fit them is not included.
Before you dismantle anything, call us. Air and hydraulic assemblies that have already been opened cannot be assessed, and premature disassembly costs more otherwise valid claims than any other single mistake. Photograph the fault and leave the unit as it stands.
Atlas ACL Air Operated 1,000 lb Capacity Motorcycle Lift with Roller Plate
The Atlas® ACL motorcycle lift has a heavy gauge (diamond plated) platform length of 85 1/2 inches and an additional 20 inch removable approach ramp.
The Atlas® ACL is air operated and requires between 90-100 PSI to operate. The ACL is the perfect addition to any service department of professional motorcycle dealers or is a great motorcycle lift for the person who wants to work on his personal bike in their own garage.
This is a complete motorcycle lift that includes an adjustable front (padded) wheel vise and a heavy duty air operated foot valve for easy raising and lowering. The defining feature of the ACL motorcycle lift is a removable plate at the rear of the lift. The plate can be removed and left off to allow more access to the rear tire or the plate can be replaced with an included roller plate. The roller plate allows the rear tire to be spun for work and testing. Finally, the ACL also includes the stabilizing bar at no extra charge. This bar provides greater stability for the raised platform by increasing the “footprint” of the lift.
For those customers looking for more width to pick up ATV's, UTV's, Golf Carts, and other wider vehicles the Atlas® ACL motorcycle lift can be equipped with the Atlas® ACL Side Extension Kit to increase the width up to 4 feet.
