The jack itself is a 7,000 lbs air/hydraulic bridge that turns a four-post parking lift into a service lift: raise one axle at a time for wheel, brake and suspension work without ever taking the vehicle back off the runways.

Will It Fit?

A rolling jack lives between the runways of a four-post lift, so fit is about your existing lift rather than your building.

• Lift compatibility. The SP-RJ7K is stated to integrate with Supreme four-post lifts, including the SP-85P, SP-11P and SP-12G, with no adaptors or modifications required. If you are running a Supreme four-post — for example the SP-85P parking lift — this is the matched jack for it.
• Working range. Minimum height 7.25", maximum lifting height 17.75". The low figure is what determines whether the jack rolls under a low-slung car sitting on the runways; the high one is how far you can get a wheel off the ground once you are there.
• Length along the runway. 23.75", which is the space it occupies fore-and-aft and therefore how easily you can leave it parked at one end while the lift is used for something else.
• Air supply. It is air/hydraulic and runs from your existing compressed-air supply. No pressure or flow requirement is published, so if your compressor is marginal, ask us before ordering.
• Width across the runways. Two figures are published for width — see the note below before you order. This is the dimension that decides whether the jack fits your lift, so please do not skip it.

Why a rolling jack changes what a parking lift is

A four-post lift is superb at holding a car and poor at letting the wheels hang. The tyres sit on the runways, which is the whole point when you are storing a vehicle and precisely the problem when you want to pull a brake rotor. The usual workaround — lower the lift, drive off, jack the car on the floor — turns a twenty-minute job into an hour and takes the bay out of use.

A bridge jack removes that entirely. It rolls along the runways, positions under the axle or the frame lift points, and takes one end of the car off the deck while the four-post keeps holding everything else. Air/hydraulic, and why that suits this job

The SP-RJ7K raises on air-driven hydraulics rather than an electric power unit. On a jack this matters more than on a lift: the thing is meant to roll freely along the runways and be repositioned constantly, so a trailing air line is a far more forgiving tether than a mains cable, and there is no motor to add mass to something you push by hand.

Even though a rolling jack is small next to a lift, it is dense steel and it arrives on a truck with no unloading help included. Have a forklift, a dock or enough hands ready, or take terminal pickup and collect it. Residential delivery is available and carries a residential fee.

Inspect it against the bill of lading before you sign. Look for bent saddle arms, damaged rollers, a struck frame and any sign of hydraulic weeping, and write what you find on the paperwork with the driver still there.
