Description
-Tuxedo M-1000C Motorcycle Lift with Cut Out
The M-1000C is the cut-out version of Tuxedo's 1,000 lb pneumatic bench, and the cut-out is the reason to choose it. A removable section in the deck opens up the area under the rear of the machine, so rear wheel, brake, sprocket and chain work can be done with the bike still strapped down on the table rather than jacked, propped or wrestled off it. On a flat deck those jobs mean lifting the bike again on top of a lift that is already up. Here, you lift the panel out instead.
The second thing worth knowing is that the deck starts at 7" off the floor. That low loading height is what makes rolling a heavy bike on straightforward rather than a two-person exercise with a long approach ramp.
The cut-out, and how to think about it
Every motorcycle bench is a compromise between deck area and access. A continuous deck supports the machine everywhere and blocks you everywhere; an open frame gives access and gives you nowhere to stand. The removable-section approach takes the middle route: a full working deck when you want one, and an opening exactly where the rear wheel sits when you need to get at it. If most of your work is servicing rather than storage or display, that is the difference between a bench you use and a bench you work around.
Air power, and nothing else
This is an air-powered table. Shop air at 90–100 PSI raises and lowers it, and there is no electrical connection at the bench, no motor and no power unit to site. In a bike shop that already runs air tools, this is one connection to an existing line. In a home garage it means the table adds nothing to your electrical load and can stand where there is no outlet. It also means the table simply will not work without a compressor that can hold pressure — check that before you order, because it is the single requirement with no workaround.
Rated lifting capacity is 1,000 lbs, which covers touring bikes and comfortably covers the ATVs, snowmobiles and personal watercraft the manufacturer lists as intended loads. The table is designed to take accessories, so a wheel vise, side extensions or a drop-out kit can be added as your work changes.
Please read before ordering: the lifting height figures do not agree
We check our own product data before we publish it, and on this model two sources contradict each other. The manufacturer's feature list on this page states a working height in feet. The specification metafield for the same model states a maximum lifting height in inches. Those are not the same figure and they are not a rounding difference, so under our own rules we will not print either one as fact and we will not quietly pick the one that looks more sensible. If raised working height is part of your decision — and on a service bench it usually is — ask us to confirm the raised height in writing before you order. We will get it from the manufacturer's spec sheet rather than guess. The minimum deck height of 7" is not in dispute and is stated in the table below.
Will it fit your shop?
Footprint first. Overall length including the ramp is 108" and overall width is 47", and the working platform itself measures 84" by 24". Chalk that 108" by 47" rectangle on your floor before you order, then add walking room on both long sides — you need to get down each side of a bike with tools, and a bench pushed against a wall loses half its usefulness.
Approach space next. The ramp needs a clear straight run in front of it to roll a bike up, and that run is often the constraint in a domestic garage rather than the bench itself.
Then air: a compressor that holds 90–100 PSI while the table is actually cycling, not one that reaches it and sags. And floor: flat, level and sound, with the table's feet all in contact.
The unit ships at 395 lbs. Siting it, providing the air supply and securing the machine to the table are the customer's responsibility.
Perfect for
- Motorcycle service shops where rear wheel and brake work is daily and the cut-out earns its keep every day.
- Powersport dealers handling bikes, ATVs, snowmobiles and watercraft on one bench.
- Home workshops with shop air and no spare electrical circuit in the corner where the bench will live.
- Club and race support, where a low 7" loading height and an air line beat a power unit.
What comes with it
What the data states is the table with its extra-large platform, the removable cut-out section named in the product title, and air-powered operation. Accessories are described as a range you can choose from to configure the table for your shop — which means they are options, not inclusions. Wheel vises, tie-down kits and extensions should be confirmed with us in writing before you order rather than assumed to be in the crate.

Approvals: what our records actually say
No third-party safety-listing claim appears anywhere in the documentation we hold for this bench, and we will not imply one. If your insurer, your employer's equipment policy or a local inspector requires a specific listing for lifting equipment on a commercial floor, tell us which requirement applies and we will confirm in writing what the manufacturer can provide before you place the order.
Shipping and delivery
Freight to the lower 48 states, quoted live against your own address at checkout rather than estimated. Settle the unload before you order: forklift, dock, enough hands with the right equipment, or terminal pickup arranged with the carrier. A residential address carries a residential fee, added at checkout when it applies, and warehouse pickup is available.
Inspect the crate at delivery and before signing. Punctures, crushed corners, a bent ramp and banding that has slipped are all worth writing on the bill of lading with the driver still present. That note is what makes a damage claim stick.
Warranty
Warranty is handled through our warranty claims page. Do not disassemble the cylinder, the air valve or the lock mechanism before a claim is opened — it is the most common reason a genuine claim is refused. Photograph the fault, note the serial number, and speak to us first.
