Each column moves on a pallet-jack style wheel, which sounds like a footnote until you have watched two people wrestle a column across a bay because the equipment was designed to be positioned by a team. Rated at 52,000 lbs, the MSC-13K-B-452 lifts a vehicle by its wheels with nothing anchored to the floor and nothing cut into it, and then gets pushed out of the way by the same person who set it up.

Large carriage bearings, and what they are for

The carriage is the assembly that travels up the column with the fork and the load on it. • Electrical. Charging draws 100-140VAC, 60Hz, 1 PH per column; the columns run on 24VDC. Single-phase service is enough.
• Setting. Indoor set-up and operation, as specified.
