Atlas ACL XLT 1,000 lb. Air-Operated ATV/Motorcycle Lift
The ACL XLT is the standard Atlas ACL motorcycle lift shipped with its side extension kit already in the box. That one addition changes what the machine is for. A bike table is narrow by design, because a motorcycle is narrow; bolt on the two 12" side extensions and the platform opens out to 48" wide, at which point it will take an ATV, a UTV, a golf cart or a ride-on mower. If your shop or your garage deals with both - and most powersports operations and most rural properties do - this is one lift instead of two, and the conversion is a bolt-up, not a purchase decision you have to make again later.
What the extension kit includes and what it changes
The kit is two 12" side extensions plus matching ramp extensions, so the approach ramp widens with the table rather than leaving a wide machine to be driven up a narrow board. Wheeled it in from the side, an ATV sits on a full-width diamond plate deck; take the extensions off and it is a motorcycle table again. The diamond plate surface matters more on the wide configuration than the narrow one, because you end up walking on it beside the machine rather than standing off the end of a bike.
Air, a foot pedal, and no electricity
Raising is air operated through a foot pedal, with an external supply required and not included - the published air requirement is 90-100 PSI. There is no electrical connection at all, which keeps the lift usable in an outbuilding or a barn with a long air line and no wiring. A foot pedal is the right control for this job: both hands stay on the machine while it comes up, which is precisely when a bike is least stable and most in need of steadying. Full lift height is 33", and the deck drops to 7 1/4" so a low machine can be walked or winched on without a struggle.
Holding the vehicle still
A padded front wheel vise is included and adjusts to clamp the front wheel of a motorcycle upright, which is the whole game on a two-wheeler with no side stand under it. The removable rear roller plate at the back of the deck comes off for wheel access or can be left in place. A stabilizing bar is supplied as standard rather than as an option: it increases the footprint of the raised platform, and a raised lift with a running engine or a technician leaning on it benefits from every inch of footprint it can get.
Will it fit your space?
Measure the floor, not the ceiling - this lift raises to a working height, not to a walk-under one. Allow the table length plus the 20" removable approach ramp, plus room at the sides to work; at full width the deck is 48" across, and the extensions can be removed to narrow it for storage. The unit does not bolt down, and the included wheeled dolly lets one person move it across a level floor, so it can live against a wall and come out when needed. You will need an air line reaching where it stands. Confirming your air supply, your floor space and the access route for a 700 lbs. crate is the customer's responsibility.

Our product data for this lift does not record an independent third-party safety listing, and we would rather say so on the page than let the absence pass unnoticed. Many home users and small shops are never asked about it. It becomes a real question where an insurer, a franchise agreement, a dealer-network standard or a local inspection regime requires lifting equipment to carry a recognised listing - which is more common in a franchised dealership than in an independent shop. Shipping and Delivery
This lift ships as freight within the lower 48 states at 700 lbs. on the crate, which puts it firmly in forklift-or-dock territory; terminal pickup is the alternative, and warehouse collection is available at the Atlas locations listed further down this page. Residential delivery can be arranged and carries a fee. Freight is quoted live at checkout rather than published here, because carrier pricing changes.
Check the shipment before you sign. Compare the piece count with the paperwork - the extension kit is easy to overlook as a separate carton - look for crushed corners and shifted banding, and write anything you find on the bill of lading with the driver present.
Warranty
The lift is covered by a 1 yr Parts Warranty: covered parts are supplied, and fitting labor is not included.
If something fails, contact us before you dismantle it - particularly anything in the air or hydraulic circuit. A component that has been taken apart cannot be assessed and that is the commonest way a valid claim stalls. Photograph the fault, leave it as it is, and call.
