Mahle VOX-14HD FluidPRO® Oil Exchange System
The Mahle VOX-14HD FluidPRO® Oil Exchange System is a high-performance, fully pneumatic solution designed to streamline the engine oil change process in commercial and heavy-duty vehicles. Utilizing air pressure, the system purges used oil from the vehicle's filter and oil passages while simultaneously evacuating the oil pan and replacing it with clean oil. This rapid and efficient process allows technicians to perform other tasks while the machine operates, completing a 40-quart oil change in approximately 15 minutes and saving valuable labor time.
Constructed with all-steel components and a compact design, the VOX-14HD is Mahle's smallest footprint oil change system, making it suitable for various workshop environments. Its portability is enhanced by hard rubber wheels, enabling easy movement from bay to bay or even vehicle mounting for off-site oil changes. The system's clean, no-mess operation is facilitated by patented spill-free quick disconnect drain fittings, eliminating the need for oil drain pans and reducing the risk of spills.
The VOX-14HD features an integrated pistol-grip oil dispenser that allows for precise metered oil dispensing in quarts or liters. With a 14-gallon storage tank and 15-foot suction and fill hoses, the system is capable of handling large oil capacities efficiently. It operates on a 125 PSIG air supply at 6 SCFM and requires a fresh oil supply with a minimum of 300 PSIG and a maximum of 500 PSIG.
