When it comes to function, the ACX2150 automatically weighs recovered oil and injects precisely the right amount back into the system. WiFi-enabled with remote support capabilities, this machine allows MAHLE technicians to troubleshoot settings or assist in real time. Logging and analytics features help shops track service records, manage refrigerant usage, and print job summaries when paired with optional network or thermal printers.
Built for demanding environments, the unit meets SAE J2788, J2099, and UL 1963 standards, offers ±0.5 oz. charging accuracy and achieves up to 95% recovery within 30 minutes at 70–75°F. It handles up to a 30 lb DOT cylinder and pairs with a standard 120 VAC, 12 amp line. At 47 inches tall and weighing approximately 215 lbs, it features 9-foot hoses, spin-on filter-drier capacity of up to 150 lbs, and support for lubrication-intensive tasks through its 2 CFM dual-stage vacuum pump.
