Hofmann MONTY 1575 Swing-Arm Tire Changer

The monty® 1575 is ideal for shops looking for great value without sacrificing productivity. It includes wheel protectors so even the most expensive wheels can be changed without additional expense and fear of cosmetic damage. The monty 1575 can also be upgraded by adding Hofmann’s patented EasyMont Pro, aiding in single-operator mounting/demounting of extra-stiff, low-profile, high performance, and run-flat tires.

  • Accommodates Large Wheel & Tire Assemblies - Allowing for a tire diameter of 40" (1016 mm) and outer-wheel diameters of 21" (530 mm), the monty 1575 can handle wheel and tire assemblies found on cars and light trucks
  • Dual Wheel Clamping Cylinders - Dual pneumatic clamping cylinders control all four clamping jaws, eliminating damage to wheels due to slippage
  • Adjustable Four-Jaw Clamping Chuck - Self-centering jaw clamps wheels from either 26" inner or 24" outer diameter
  • Powerful Two-Stage Bead Breaker - 6,000 lbs (2,722 kg) of power at the bead shovel and a range of up to 14" (356 mm) wide. The two-stage pneumatic cylinder provides precise power and can be toggled with the foot pedal as needed. Both the stiffest and the softest sidewalls are a snap
  • Powerful Tire Inflation System - Powerful air blast operated by the foot pedal. Each movable jaw is precisely set to the exact position under the wheel to seal the tire bead
  • Upgrade With Optional Easymont Pro - Easymont Pro features a three-piece design with a top roller, pressing foot and lifting disc. Each piece provides a specialized function that assists a single operator in mounting/demounting low-profiles and high performance tires
