QRS15HP-150: the 15 HP rotary screw that arrives with its receiver already attached

What the receiver is actually doing

A screw compressor does not need a tank to smooth pump pulses the way a piston compressor does. The 132 gallon receiver on this unit is doing two other jobs. Shipping and delivery

This ships as freight on a pallet to the lower 48 states. Freight is quoted live at checkout because lanes move, so the figure you see is the current one rather than a stale estimate. You must be able to take the unit off the truck — a forklift or loading dock is the normal arrangement — or elect to collect it from the carrier's terminal, which many shops without a dock prefer. Delivery to a residential address carries a residential fee. When the driver arrives, walk the pallet before you sign: check the tank shell for dents, the shroud for crush damage and the pallet for signs of a fall, and write anything you find on the bill of lading at the moment of delivery.
