Quincy’s QGS rotary screw compressor delivers highly efficient, continuous-duty compressed air with an oil-injected twin screw pump rated for 8,000 hours using premium synthetic lubrication, minimizing oil carryover to protect your components.

Equipped with the Infologic2 Basic Microprocessor Controller, this unit allows networking of up to six QGS 20 to 30 HP compressors, featuring programmable auto-restart, remote start/stop, and a user-friendly display panel that shows pressure, temperature, dew point, and motor limits.

Quiet operation is ensured by a full sound enclosure and rotary screw technology that significantly reduces vibration. The TEFC electric motor with IP 55 wash down protection guards against dirt, moisture, and weather, while the wye-delta reduced voltage start supports demanding industrial applications.

An integrated refrigerant air dryer reduces corrosion and supplies clean, dry air to your system. Maintenance is simplified with fast, out-of-the-box installation, hinged doors, detachable panels, constant fluid monitoring, and a spin-on fluid filter.

This unit requires a shipping dock or forklift for delivery as it is too large for liftgate service.
