Shipping Info
At Mechanic Superstore, our commitment is to provide you with the best customer service possible. For this reason, we offer you all kinds of delivery options so that you can choose the one that suits you best.

I Have The Equipment To Unload My Order
- Do you have a forklift, a high-capacity hoist, or a tractor in your facility? In that case, this option may be the one for you.Aspects to keep in mind when choosing this option.
- The most popular 2-post lifts (with 9,000 lb and 10,000 lb capacity) have a shipping weight of approximately 1,400 lbs and 1,900 lbs, respectively. On the other hand, a 15,000 lb capacity 2-post lift has a 2,700 lb shipping weight.
- Given the packaged lift and hydraulic power unit’s weight, they cannot be unloaded from the trailer by hand. Simply put, IT IS MANDATORY TO USE A SUITABLE FORKLIFT OR HOIST FOR UNLOADING THE LIFT.
- You are solely responsible for unloading your equipment from the truck. The truck driver cannot do this for you.
- Mechanic Superstore uses trustworthy freight companies to make the deliveries. It is your responsibility to be present on the scheduled date and time of the delivery.
- There will be a receiver charge of $135 if the truck driver arrives at the designated location and the customer does not have the necessary means ready to unload the lift.
- In case you do not have the necessary equipment to unload the equipment do not worry. Mechanics Superstore offers other delivery options.

Do you have a hitch trailer to transport your lift? If so, then this might be the best option.
Aspects to keep in mind when choosing this option.
1. Mechanics Superstore and our brands’ warehouses have the means to load your car lift into an appropriate trailer.
2. Given the weight and dimensions of car lifts, we cannot load lifts directly into vehicles or trucks. To safely transport your lift, you will need a hitch trailer. Will this option not work for you? Perhaps the warehouse is too far from your location? If so, keep reading.

Think of this option as a variation of the previous one. Even so, this could be an excellent alternative to picking up the lift at one of our warehouses. Instead, we can take the car lift to a warehouse closer to your location.
You will still need a hitch trailer to transport the lift for this option, but you can save on freight costs if you have an LTL Carrier close to your shop.

Neither of the above delivery options suits you? Then we have the solution.
We will dispatch your lifts directly to a local installer in your area. This way, you will not have to worry about anything since the installer would be in charge of the logistics.
Aspects to keep in mind when choosing this option.
1. You still have to pay the freight fee to the installer (or dock hold for the installer to pick up the lift)
2. We will quote th e installation fee before you pay for the lift so that you can get an idea of the total amount to pay (car lift + freight + installation).
Do you have another delivery option in mind? In that case, do not hesitate to contact us. At Mechanic Superstore, we are open to all kinds of solutions, as long as they comply with the relevant local regulations and safety standards.

Product Description
CEMB ER75TD HubMatch™ RFV Automatic Wheel Balancer
The CEMB ER75TD HubMatch™ Wheel Balancer, available with Pneumatic Locking made especially for busy tire shops. This new series has the latest technology in wheel balancing.
A high volume diagnostic wheel balancer that uniquely uses off-car wheel balancing and RFV (eccentricity) combined with OEM on-car best practice recommendations to eliminate the most difficult tire and wheel related vibration problems.
Wheel balance, RFV measurement and on-car processes are used to be sure the assembly is balanced and also round when rolling on the vehicle. At more than 40% cost savings in equipment investment, the HubMatch™ balancer provides a 78% faster cycle time than traditional RFV balancers. The wheel is balanced in a improved and simpler way. Tire to wheel RFV match mounting (eccentricity reduction) is virtually eliminated with this unique process. Auto prompting RFV Limit Monitor checks every assembly for excessive RFV during 5-sec balancing cycles. Technician is guided through a simple and fast repair process.
HubMatch® Balancing
Wheel balancers alone may not all solve tire and wheel related vibration complaints on sensitive vehicles. Tires must be balanced and be “round when rolling” to be sure the vehicle rides smoothly.
Based on best practice OEM balancing processes, HubMatch™ balancing clocks the RFV high point of the assembly to the vehicle hub before mounting
HubMatch™ RFV wheel balancers are designed for today’s improved quality tires and wheels, and take into account what is important to solve vibration on sensitive vehicles. HubMatch™ RFV balancers uniquely combine enhanced off-car wheel balancing and eccentricity (RFV) measurement with on-the-car best practice OEM recommendations.
AutoAdaptive Mode Balancing
With traditional wheel balancing, a wheel is considered balanced when the residual imbalance is less than 5 grams per plane, independent of the wheel’s dimensions and weight.
The vibration a driver perceives when driving, considering whatever imbalance, also sources from the wheel’s weight and shape. The heavier the wheel is the less a residual imbalance will be perceived by the driver. On the other hand, with a light wheel, even with a minimal residual imbalance, the driver will sense noticeable vibrations on the steering wheel.
The innovative tolerance calculation system AutoAdaptive Mode is based on the evaluation of the residual imbalance limit value corresponding to an acceptable perceived vibration. For each wheel that is balanced, the software AutoAdaptive Mode detects weight and dimensions and calculates the tolerance value that will cancel any vibration perceived on the steering wheel. AutoAdaptive Mode grants the highest comfort when driving, and together with OPB Program, saves balancing time.
One Plane Balancing (OPB)
Static unbalance is the source of most vibrations felt by the driver. On the current wheel balancers, even if it is possible to balance only the static, it is very difficult not to increase the residual dynamic value, with the consequent risk to exceed the tolerance limits and increase the vibrations felt when driving. The above leads to an inaccurate balance with a loss of time and counterweights.
Today CEMB revolutionizes the technique, again.
Thanks to the new OPB Software (One Plane Balancing) and to the most recent technical innovations, such as Laser Spotter, the machine proposes a single ideal correction plane, indicating the exact point inside the rim where it is possible to balance the wheel minimizing both static and dynamic imbalance, using only one counterweight and thus enabling a great savings in time. OPB program is activated automatically at the end of the spin, when the machine detects that it is possible to correct with one weight.

Product Features
- One Plane Balancing (OPB)- OPB (One Plane Balancing), eliminates both static and dynamic unbalance with a single counterweight, indicating the exact position to apply the weight inside the rim. The balancer automatically detects if it is possible to correct both unbalances with only one weight, and activates OPB program. A real revolution in wheel balancing. OPB saves you time and money while maximizing your productivity.
- AutoAdaptive™ Mode - The innovative tolerance calculation system AutoAdaptive Mode is based on the evaluation of the residual imbalance limit value corresponding to an acceptable perceived vibration.
- HubMatch® detects the unbalance as well as the highest point of the wheel (1st harmonics), and displays it on-screen to enable mounting of wheel on vehicle so that simply matching mechanical clearances when positioning the rim on the hub will eliminate the eccentricity.
- The fastest, easiest to use and best performing RFV balancer at a fraction of the cost of other RFV balancers.
- Measures wheel balance and RFV in 6 seconds.
- Ergonomic Design
- Spotter Laser
- EMS Sonar
- ZeroWeight wheel lift
- Pneumatic locking (CEMB Patent).
