We want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment purchase. If you experience any issues, please read the policy below for guidance.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in delivering top-quality equipment, and we’re here to help if anything doesn’t arrive as expected. Please inspect your shipment carefully and follow the guidelines below:

At Delivery:
If you notice visible damage when the shipment arrives, we strongly recommend refusing the delivery so a replacement can be arranged quickly at no cost to you. -
After Delivery – Visible Damage or Defect:
Once unboxed, you have 48 hours to report any visual damage or defect. If delivery was accepted and damage is reported after this window, the item may be subject to restocking fees and freight charges both ways, per our standard return policy. -
After Delivery – Non-Visible/Functional Issues:
For any issues that are not immediately visible — such as performance or operational concerns — you have up to 10 days from the date of delivery to report the problem. -
In most cases, our team will coordinate a replacement in partnership with the manufacturer.

In select situations, and if approved by the manufacturer, a refund may be issued instead of a replacement.

🔄 General Returns (Non-Defective Items)
We accept returns for non-defective items under the following conditions:
Time Since Delivery | Customer Options |
---|---|
0–30 Days | Return for refund (subject to 30% restocking fee & shipping costs), or exchange |
31–60 Days | Return for store credit only, minus shipping/restocking |
Over 60 Days | Returns not accepted unless otherwise approved |

Restocking Fee: A 30% fee applies to all returned items unless waived by management.

Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for outbound and return shipping.

Refused Deliveries: Treated as a return and subject to both outbound and return shipping costs, plus the 30% restocking fee.
⚙️ Return Requirements
Customers are responsible for:

Proper packaging to ensure safe transport back to us.

Freight terminal delivery if necessary.

Equipment needed to load or unload (e.g. forklift).

We do not reimburse for time, tools, or materials used in repacking.
❌ Order Cancellations

Orders canceled after payment but before shipping will incur a 5% cancellation fee.

Orders canceled after shipment are subject to the full return policy above.
